Refund policy

Seven days, no questions asked.

How it works

If you are not happy with the book for any reason, email support@sarlasindiankitchen.com within seven days of buying it. You do not have to explain why. We will refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

How long it takes

We process refunds within one working day. Your bank then takes five to ten working days to show the money back on your statement. That part is out of our hands.

What we ask

Nothing. You keep the file. We are not going to make you prove you deleted it or make you uncomfortable for asking.

After seven days

Email us anyway. If something is genuinely wrong with the book, a missing file, a broken page, a recipe that does not work, we will sort it out well past seven days. What the seven days covers is a change of mind.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing here reduces them.
